Terms & Conditions for pk24

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pk24 ("pk24", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the pk24 website at pk24.ws, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager — whether on casino games, sports markets, slots, fishing arcade games, or any other product available on the platform — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the pk24 platform in any capacity. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.

To register and maintain an account with pk24, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

pk24 reserves the right to decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your pk24 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk24 will never contact you by phone, email, or live chat to request your password or full authentication code — any such communication should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

You must notify pk24 without delay if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised or that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party. pk24 will take reasonable steps to secure the account upon receipt of such notification; however, pk24 cannot be held responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access that occurred before the notification was received.

• Enable two-factor SMS authentication for an additional layer of security — this is strongly recommended for all pk24 accounts.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service or platform.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person, including family members. Each individual must maintain their own separate account.
• Always log out of your pk24 account when using a shared or public device.

All financial transactions on pk24 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk24 does not apply currency conversion charges, and your account balance is always displayed in PKR regardless of the payment method used.

Deposits: pk24 accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online, UBL Direct, Meezan Bank, and USDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits typically credit within five minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed only after successful KYC verification has been completed on the account. pk24 reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined if the account has outstanding wagering requirements attached to a bonus, or if a compliance review is in progress.

pk24 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the relevant promotion page, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry dates.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on pk24 unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Maximum bet amounts while a bonus is active are capped — placing wagers above the stated limit during a bonus round will result in bonus forfeiture.
• Welcome bonuses are available to new players only and may be claimed once per person, household, device, and IP address.

All bets placed on pk24 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, sports markets, slots, or any other product — are subject to the specific rules of that game or market as published on the platform at the time the bet is placed.

For sports betting, including cricket, PSL, and other markets, the following general rules apply:

• Bets are settled according to the official result as declared by the relevant governing body. In the case of cricket, this includes the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) and the International Cricket Council (ICC).
• In-play bets are accepted at pk24's discretion. Odds are subject to change without notice during live events. Once confirmed, an accepted in-play bet is binding.
• In the event of a match abandonment, cancellation, or postponement beyond the specified rescheduling window, all affected bets will be settled as void and stakes returned.
• pk24 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifestly incorrect odds. Affected players will be notified and stakes returned.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per player per day. These limits are displayed in the relevant section of the sportsbook.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk24 platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with or extract data from the pk24 platform without express written authorisation.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or system glitches to gain an unfair financial advantage. Players who identify such errors must report them to support and must not continue placing bets while the error persists.
• Collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to guarantee a profit or to exploit bonus structures.
• Using the pk24 platform for any money laundering activity or for the movement of funds derived from illegal activity.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses or to circumvent a suspension, exclusion, or limit applied to an existing account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pk24 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

All content on the pk24 platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, graphics, user interface elements, software, game content, text, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pk24 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk24 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk24 content without prior written consent.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works based on pk24's software or game content.
• Use pk24's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context outside the platform without express written permission.

pk24 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

In summary, pk24 collects personal data including your name, CNIC details, contact information, payment method details, and gaming activity records for the following purposes:

• Account management, identity verification, and KYC compliance.
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, and financial transactions.
• Fraud detection, anti-money laundering monitoring, and regulatory compliance.
• Responsible gaming monitoring, including identifying players who may be exhibiting signs of problem gambling.
• Marketing communications, subject to your expressed preferences and consent.

• Gambling losses of any kind. By using pk24, you acknowledge and accept that gambling involves financial risk and that losses are an inherent part of the activity.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit pk24's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.

pk24 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, pk24 will endeavour to notify registered players by email to the address on file, or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform, at least seven (7) days before the change takes effect.

Non-material changes — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or formatting updates that do not alter the substantive meaning of any clause — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.

It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of pk24 after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction under which pk24 operates its gaming licence.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and local laws applicable to you as a player in Pakistan, you are responsible for ensuring that your use of pk24 complies with all laws applicable in your jurisdiction. pk24 makes no representation that the platform is legal or appropriate for use in all jurisdictions and accepts no liability for any breach by a player of local laws.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through pk24's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
